Taekwon-Do Advanced Groups
After the beginner course, training continues in advanced groups. Advanced group members are divided into training groups according to their belt rank.
Initially, no special equipment is needed for advanced group training. As age and belt rank progress, the group will also begin to practice sparring, and it will become necessary to purchase personal sparring gear. Sparring gear can be purchased from the following stores:

Advanced group practitioners also have the opportunity to participate in competitions if they wish. Information about upcoming competitions will be provided in myClub and by email.
